I don’t think that I will come across any legal, moral or ethical issues as my magazine is just about video games and sharing my own enjoyment with other people. My magazine won’t be promoted and so I see no reason that any complaints wold be made to the ASA (Advertising Standards Association). The same goes for OFCOM, there will be nothing on either television or radio talking about my magazine and so there should be no complaints. Finally, I highly doubt that there will be any problems reported to the PCC (Press Complaints Commission) regarding my magazine as its only content will be video game related and won’t mention any subject in which people may take offence from.
To prevent any copyright issues I will contact any company who's creations I may be borrowing and ask If I have consent to use their images/games for educational purposes.
This is too brief. You need to think about potential issues that need to be resolved before publication (accuracy??copyright??) and distinguish between legal and ethical. You also need to update my referring to the new regulator IPSO.
